Server access logs are retained for up to 12 months. Anonymised aggregate analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it does not constitute personal data.

We apply reasonable organisational and technical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to backend systems is restricted to authorised staff only. No security system is impenetrable, however, and Ardenok cannot ensure the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
